William Dean “Bill” Miller, 66, of Topeka, Kansas passed away Sunday, October 6, 2013. He was born on Saturday, March 8, 1947 in Norfolk, Nebraska, the son of Ancel and Helen (Evaretts) Miller. His body will be cremated by Dengel & Son Mortuary, no services are planned.
