Vivian Arlene Wheeler

Vivian Arlene Wheeler was born on Wednesday, January 3, 1923, in Osawatomie, Kansas, to Evan Fredrick and Anna Pauline (Rager) Phares. Vivian grew up and attended schools in Osawatomie, moving to Ottawa, in Franklin County, Kansas, in 1939, where she made her home until her death on Wednesday, August 15, 2007, at the age of eighty-four years. She was a member of First Christian Church and Aerie Lodge #2700, Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, both of Ottawa. Vivian was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who greatly enjoyed her family and home. She was a very sweet and caring lady with a wonderful sense of humor. Vivian had so much fun with her grandchildren and loved visiting with her friends. She enjoyed shopping for angels to add to her lovely collection, playing Bingo, and watching her favorite T.V. show, 'Wheel of Fortune'.
