Violet B. Wills

Violet B. Wills was born May 21, 1923, at Merna, Nebraska. She was the daughter of Ralph and Nellie Grace (Hissh) Latimer. A lifelong Franklin County, Kansas resident, she made her home in Homewood, Ransomville and Ottawa, until her death Tuesday, January 8, 2002, at the age of seventy-eight years. Violet attended school at Homewood. She was a lifelong homemaker. Violet attended Cherry Street Wesleyan Church in Ottawa. She enjoyed watching T.V., crocheting and quilting. She made many beautiful items which will be treasured by her family and friends. Violet especially enjoyed making hand-sewn dolls for her grandchildren. On August 1, 1946, Violet was united in marriage with O. C.
