He was preceded in death by his grandma and grandpa Miller, uncle Larry, aunt Gwen, grandpa Will, and his hunting partner uncle Rick. Survivors include, his parents, Samantha and Jack Greene, Louisburg, KS; sister and brother in law, Shelly and Jason Trester, brother, Caris Greathouse, Louisburg, KS; brother, Allen Tapp of Kansas City, MO; sister’s, Jessica Greene, Weir, KS; Alley Tapp, Edgerton, KS; grandmother, Gwen Hutton, Olathe, KS; nephew, and best friend since birth Devian Miller, Louisburg, KS; nephews, Dylan, Elijah, Ricky, Reagan, and Jaxon; nieces, Jayden and Jordyn Trester and many many extended family members. If you didn’t know Trae, you missed out on a beautiful soul. Trae is the youngest of six children. He may have been the baby, Trae Trae, to the family, but he acted like the big brother and protected his family at all cost. Trae would go out of his way to help absolutely anyone. He had an attitude like no other, and was sure to let you know how he felt about something. He had the biggest heart of anyone out there. He cared for everyone and often helped his Gammy. He wanted everybody he came across, to succeed and do things to better their lives. Trae was very big into sports, baseball, football, soccer, and basketball and yes, skate boarding was at the top of the list for years. He loved playing basketball with his family and friends, including his big brother’s, and most of the time Trae won. He always talked about how big he would make it if only he wasn’t as he said, “vertically challenged”. Watching sports with his friends and family was a norm for Trae. If the Royals were playing and he couldn’t be watching, he would make sure to keep an eye on the score. When “his” Golden State Warriors beat the Cav’s for the NBA championship, no words could describe his excitement. Trae was also known for the rush of life. You could always find him searching for something crazy and fun to do, (with a black and mild cigar in his hand). He would give you a mischievous grin, contagious smile and unforgettable laugh that would echo in your mind. Trae would have made a great attorney. He could debate and argue with anyone (and like it). He worked hard at the jobs he had, one of them working with his dad on new houses. Trae loved to go fishing, camping, and canoeing and playing around the fire. He was kind, courteous, respectful, witty, handsome, small and athletic and cute to all the girls. Trae loved biscuits and gravy, fried potatoes, bacon that his dad would make, but with mom’s fried chicken no one got in Trae’s way. Trae loved his new bike, and enjoyed riding together with his dad. He is his mother’s protector, and his dad’s best friend. Trae is one of a kind and is loved by so many friends, neighbor’s, and family. Trae passed away 19 days before his 21st birthday. Please watch for all motorcycle riders. We love you Trae. Memorial service will be 12:30 P.M.
