Timothy William Fox

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Timothy William Fox, 51, of Ottawa, Kansas, on October 21, 2024.

Tim was born on August 3, 1973, in Washington, Iowa, to Eilene (Widner) Valentine and Larry Fox.

He graduated from Washington High School with the class of 1991. Tim later moved to Olathe, Kansas.

The most important day of his life was when his son, Hunter, was born. From that day forth, his mission in life was to be there for Hunter.

From high school to adulthood, Tim was an avid athlete and went on to coach his son.

He later met his soul mate, Kimberly Karigan, and for twenty-five years, they rode life together watching as his son found his soul mate, Kellie.

Tim was a friend to many. Willing to drop anything to help you. He was a man who had many stories, jokes, and Tim-isms that would keep you laughing. He loved life and there was never a dull moment when you were around him.

He is survived by his soul mate Kimberly Karigan of Ottawa, Kansas; son Hunter Fox (Kellie) of Olathe, Kansas; mother Eilene Valentine (Ron) of Camdenton, Missouri; sister Shari Baggett (Bryan) of Bates City, Missouri; four nieces Brandee Patet (Brad) of Kansas City, Missouri, Miranda Maxon (Bob) of Bates City, Missouri, Erika Bowden (Daniel) of Grain Valley, Missouri, and Katie Baggett of Bates City, Missouri; nine nieces and nephews; mother-in-law Carole Karigan of Olathe, Kansas; sister-in-law Starla Cushman of Lee summit, Missouri; brothers-in-law Bill Karigan (Tracy) of Parkville, Missouri, Jeff Reynolds (Robyn) of Olathe Kansas, and Brent Reynolds of Olathe, Kansas; three nephews and seven nieces; and many friends that were like family.

Tim was preceded in death by his dad Larry Fox; brother Kevin Fox; father-in-law Tom Karigan; brother-in-law Steve Reynolds; and grandparents.
