Tiffany LeeLynn Cox, age 20, and son, Azreal Alexander Lee Ubelaker, age 8 months, both of Ottawa, died Friday, October 11, 2019. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Highland Cemetery. Tiffany was born April 8, 1999, in Cushing, Oklahoma, the daughter of Phyllis Hudson and Lerry J. Cox, Sr. Azreal was born February 7, 2019, in Ottawa. She lived in Topeka moving in 2006 to Ottawa. She graduated from Ottawa High School with the class of 2017. Survivors include her parents, Phyllis and Lee Bond of Ottawa; fiancé, Jacob D. Cook of Ottawa; grandparents, Leonard and Maxine Bond also of Ottawa; eight siblings, Larry J. Cox, Jr. of Topeka, Robert Cox of Topeka, Angela Smith also of Topeka, Brea Todd of Atkins, Arkansas, Alia Records of Bakersfield, California, Casha Yohe of Ottawa, Danon Genzer of Ottawa, and Michelle Romaine of Topeka; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Lerry J. Cox, Sr. Tiffany was employed at American Eagle Outfitters as a picker for the last 2 years. She was an artist, enjoyed writing poetry, music, photography and was a practicing tattoo artist. Above all, Tiffany loved her son and spending time with family.
