Terry K. Wolford, 65, of Ottawa, passed away Monday, November 9, 2020, at Olathe Medical Center, Olathe, Kansas. Memorial services will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at the Ottawa Memorial Auditorium, Ottawa, Kansas. The family will meet with friends following the service. Terry was born January 5, 1955 in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Kelon O. and Nina L. (Kirkwood) Wolford. He lived in Ottawa since 1985, moving here from Topeka. Terry graduated from Seaman High School, Topeka, Kansas with the class of 1973. He also studied photography attending Kaw Area Technical School in Topeka. He had a long time, 31-year partner, Brenda Kuder. She survives of their home. Other survivors include a daughter, Denise (Steven) Durham of Eleva, Wisconsin; and two grandchildren, Garrett Durham and Stella Durham also of Eleva. Survivors also include, Bill R. (Bri) McQuay of Paola, Ralph L. McQuay of Osawatomie, Brian D. (Debbie) McQuay of LaCygne and Bridget D. (Kevin) Chapman of Peculiar, Missouri. Terry was preceded in death by his parents. He was a package car driver and later a feeder driver from 1976 to 2005 with UPS. Terry was an active board member of Power of the Past Antique Tractor and Engine Association in Ottawa. Terry loved working with cattle and raising chickens, producing eggs. He was a simple man that loved being at home, country music and dancing.
