Tamara Rene' Morrison was born on Tuesday, October 20, 1964, in Topeka, Kansas. She was the daughter of Dale E. Galutia, Sr. and Billie Glenda (Brown) Galutia. A lifelong resident, she made her home in Ottawa, Franklin County, Kansas, until her death on Sunday, September 17, 2006, at the age of forty-one years. Tamara graduated from Ottawa High School with the class of 1982. In the mid 1990's, she was employed by Country Mart Grocery Store in Ottawa. She was a member of Agap' Christian Center in Ottawa. Tamara was a lovely young lady and so caring. She dearly loved her sons and enjoyed spending time with all her family. She was a genuine advocate for people with disabilities and greatly enjoyed helping others. She also enjoyed reading, especially, her Bible. On March 29, 1986, Tamara was united in marriage with Curtis J. Morrison in Ottawa. She is survived by her father of Ottawa; two sons, Beau and Nickolas Morrison of the home; brother and sister-in-law, Dale E., Jr. and Marikay Galutia of Pomona, Kansas; sister and brother-in-law, Teresa Galutia and Clark VanAlstine of Ottawa, Kansas; several aunts, uncles and nieces; and many friends. Tamara was preceded in death by her mother on May 3rd, 1995. SERVICES: Graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Quenemo at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2006. IN STATE: Cremation is planned. CEMETERY: Oak Hill Cemetery, Quenemo, Kansas. MEMORIALS: The family has requested memorial donations to Morrison Children's Education Fund, c/o Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, Kansas 66067.
