Stephen Clark

Stephen (Steve) Paul Clark died on Sunday February 16, 2014, in Overland Park, Kansas. Steve was a native of Paola, Kansas. He was born on October 21, 1949, and was the first child of Paul Thomas Clark and Lois Marie (Fenoughty) Clark. After attending Holy Trinity Catholic grade school and Paola High School he graduated from Kansas State University in 1971. On August 22, 1970 Steve married. He had three children: Ryan Paul, Jillian Marie and Andrew Thomas. The family lived in the Kansas City area and in Columbia, Missouri. Steve was a partner in the former Peat, Marwick CPA firm (now KPMG) for a number of years. He also held financial and operational leadership roles in several private enterprises. Steve"s hobbies included a passion for golf and annual trips to open the Central Kansas Pheasant season. Steve is survived by Ryan (Kelly), Jill (Jamison) and Andy (Krista), and four grandchildren. Steve is also survived by his mother, Lois Clark, sister, Kathy Russell (Gary), and his brother, Mike (Mae). A meal will be provided at the church following graveside.
