Sharon Marie Morgan

Sharon Marie Morgan age 86, passed away peacefully Friday, February 2nd, 2024. Sharon was born in Somerset, Kansas on March 5th 1937 to Amel and Opal Niles Zebert where she also attended Elementary/Middle School and then on to graduate from Paola High School.

Sharon worked early in life at Smith and Son Factory in Paola, KS…then on to Farmers Ins where she worked as a processor and retired after 17 yrs. Her favorite hobbies were playing cards, reading, going out to movies, watching her favorite TV shows, traveling and being with family and friends.

Preceding Sharon in death was her husband Ecle Morgan of 62 years and one son Charles “Chuck” Morgan. Survivors include two daughters Denise Oehlert (Ken) and Cherise Langley; seven grandchildren, Michael Langley, Mitchell Langley (Kristi), Jeremy Oehlert, Maria Troxel (Shane), Lindsay Morgan, Kendra Stuteville (Dustin) and Ashlee Ross (Byran) and 14 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held in Somerset Cemetery, Wednesday the 7th at 11:00 am.
