Ruth Yvonne Herring

Ruth Yvonne Hoyt Herring was born on Saturday, November, 2, 1918 in Alamosa, Colorado. She was the daughter of Charles and Jean (Bailey) Hatfield. Ruth lived at Ransomville, Kansas from 1934 until 1975, moving to Williamsburg, Kansas. In recent years she has lived in Richmond, Kansas where she lived until her death on Friday, March 7, 2008, at the age of eighty-nine years. Ruth attended Ottawa schools and took a course to be a physical therapy aide. Ruth was a homemaker and mother and worked about twenty years as a physical therapy aide at Crestview Nursing Home.
