Ronald D. Ames, age 51 of Olathe, Kansas died April, 1 at his home. Graveside service, Saturday April, 5th at 2:30 PM Paola Cemetery, Paola, Kansas. Surviving, is his mother Shirley Ames of Parkville, MO., daughter, Brandy Ames and grandson, Brandson Ames of Omaha, Nebraska, sister, Vickie and husband Lester Gellhaus of Lyndon, KS., brother, Mike and wife Linda Ames of Gladstone, MO. Ronald Dean Ames was born on July 11, 1956 in Saint Peter, Minnesota to Richard E. and Shirley Moskabb Ames. He grew up in Paola and graduated in 1974 from PHS. Ron was a manager for the Paola Pizza Hut in the early 70"s and worked in the food service industry as a manager for numerous companies until 2004 when he became a loan officer for a mortage company. Ron was currently working for Bank Mortgage Solutions, LLC, in Lenexa. He enjoyed watching the Kansas City Chiefs,riding motorcycles, watching movies, spending time with family and friends, and playing his computer games.
