Robert Roy Fegan, 73, of Paola, Kansas, passed away Friday, August 31, 2018, at North Point Skilled Nursing Center, Paola. He was born Monday, July 2, 1945, in Junction City, KS, the son of Thomas Benjamin and Patricia (Eisenhower) Fegan. He was the older of their two children. He grew up in Junction City and graduated from Junction City High School. He attended Hutchinson Junior College and received his Associate's Degree. He was united in marriage to Evelyn Gayle Welton Wooldridge June 6, 1971, in Junction City, KS. Bob served our country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He entered the Navy on June 21, 1965 at Junction City, Kansas and was honorably discharged on November 20, 1967 at Davisville, Rhode Island. At that time, he transferred to the Navy Reserves in Bainbridge, Maryland where he served until September 22, 1971. He worked at Sprint as an Engineer. Bob enjoyed pheasant and quail hunting. He began trap shooting at the age of 16 and reloaded his own ammunition. He was a member of the NRA, Cedar Hill Range, and the Capitol City Gun Club. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife Evelyn of the home; daughter, Sally Ann (Robert) Farley of Ham Lake, MN; two sons, William John (Lynn) Wooldridge of Great Falls, SC, and Brad Robert Fegan of Silver Lake, KS; granddaughter, Jamie Lynn Farley of Ham Lake, MN; and his brother, T.
