Rita Koelsch

Rita Koelsch, age 61, passed away at Miami County Medical Center on December 28, 2013. She was born on January 20, 1952 in Garnett, Kansas to Joseph and Josephine Bauer Pfannes. Rita graduated from Greeley High School and attended one year of college. She was united in marriage to Bill Koelsch on January 5, 1980 and they were blessed with seven children. Rita was a devoted member of Block Trinity Lutheran Church, a devoted mother, wife and grandmother. Survivors are her husband Bill of the home; children Brian and wife Annie Koelsch, Diane and husband Mark Moser, Michael and wife Lori Koelsch, Kim and husband Blake Larson, David Koelsch, Janet and husband Caleb Barnes, and Barbara Koelsch; sister Judy Wernsman and husband Henry; and 21 grandchildren.
