Raymond "Lonnie" Mitchell

Raymond “Lonnie” Mitchell passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018 in an auto accident near Paola, Kansas. Lonnie was born March 3, 1960 to Johnie and Mildred (Frazier) Mitchell, at Miami County Hospital. Lonnie grew up and spent most of his life in the Louisburg – Paola area. He was a bodyman/painter at Don’s Body Shop in Olathe, was an over the road truck driver and most recently was employed at Stouse in Gardner. Lonnie was divorced and had no children. Lonnie was preceded in death by his parents and one older brother Raymond Leon Mitchell. He is survived by five brothers, Howard Mitchell of Overland Park, KS, Don Mitchell of Kansas City, MO, Calvin Mitchell of Linn Valley, KS, John Mitchell of Paola, KS and Marvin Mitchell of Kansas City, MO; three sisters Carol Patrick of Parker, KS, Margaret Cottrell of Louisburg, KS, and Vinita Willars of Estacada, OR; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Lonnie was a kind hearted, generous person and was loved and will be missed by all. Family and friends are encouraged to post their condolences and memories on Raymond's Tribute Wall.
