Rachel Nicole Raymond

Rachel Nicole Raymond, 33, of Emporia, Kansas passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022.

A Celebration of Life will be held later.

Rachel was born May 4, 1989, in Emporia, the daughter of Michael Dean and Jacqueline Kay (Hasty) Raymond.

She lived in Quenemo, Kansas for several years before moving to Emporia in 2019.

Rachel was a devoted homemaker. She loved her kids and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She enjoyed horseback riding, working on cars, and bon fires with family celebrating holidays.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jacqueline Hasty, and daughter Zoe Elizabeth Patterson.

Survivors include two children, Madaline Patterson, and Natalie Raymond of the home; father Michael Raymond (Janie) of Williamsburg, Kansas; paternal grandmother Patsy Raymond of Centralia, Missouri and paternal grandfather Merle Raymond of Pleasanton, Kansas; step grandparents, Sylvia and Lonnie Comstock of Garnett, Kansas; siblings, Phillip Hasty of Lawrence, Michelle Raymond of Ottawa, Michael Thomas Raymond also of Ottawa, Amy Messick of Williamsburg, Michael Dean Raymond, Jr. of Burlington, Bryen Raymond of Williamsburg, and Angel Raymond also of Williamsburg; and many nieces and nephews.
