Phyllis Hahn

Phyllis D. Hahn age 47 of Osawatomie, passed away Saturday at the Osawatomie Life Care Center. Services will be Wednesday July 22, at 10:00AM Penwell-Gabel Paola Chapel, visitation Tuesday from 6 to 8:00PM, Burial Osawatomie Cemetery, memorials to the Miami County Cancer Society. Phyllis was born on Aug. 13, 1961 in Paola to Henry and Connie Obrien Bachman. She grew up in Osawatomie and graduated from Paola High School in 1979. On Sept. 4, 1981 Phyllis was united in marriage to David J. Hahn in Osawatomie, where they made their home and together they raised three children. She helped with the family farm, drove a bus for the school district for many years, worked at Casey"s making donuts, and was a loving grandmother, mother and wife. Phyllis enjoyed quilting, puzzles, watching grandkids, helping them learn to cook and loved making cinnamon rolls and donuts for family and friends. She was a member of the Eastern Star and VFW Ladies Auxiliary both of Osawatomie. She is preceded in death by her mother Connie. Survivors are, her father Henry Bachman of Coats, Ks. husband David of the home, dau., Maria K. Worrell and husband Manny of Paola Dau., Marcella D. Jackson and husband Chris of Osawatomie, son David J Hahn Jr. and wife Sunni of Elk City Ok., 7 grandchildren Annabell and Josephine Worrell, Dakota Jackson, Chris Jackson Jr., Ian and Jace Shelton ,Hadlie Hahn, bro., Bill Butler of Osa , sis., Brenda Bachman of Osa . , bro., Pat Butler of LaCygne, sis., Erin Crouch of Coats, KS., sis., Anjennette Adlong of Phoeniz, Az. She will be dearly missed by family and friends.
