Patricia "Pat" Roche

Patricia “Pat” K. Roche, age 70, of Louisburg, KS passed away March 27, 2017 at St. Luke’s South Hospital in Overland Park, KS. She was born in Springfield, MO on January 11, 1947, the daughter of Martin and Ruby (Reeves) Walsh. She was united in marriage on September 2, 1967 at St. Mary’s Catholic church, Joplin, MO. She graduated from Joplin Senior High School, Joplin, MO with the class of 1965. Pat was a homemaker, staying home and raising her family. She then went to work as a Para Educator for Prairie View School system before retiring. She loved making crafts, painting, crocheting and was very talented at writing poetry. She enjoyed cooking and caring for others and being around her family. She was a born again Christian and loved sharing Christ with others and giving back as an organ donor. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Victor, of the home; one daughter, Teresa (Leonard) Cianciotto, Houston, TX; one son, Marty Roche, Wichita, KS, one sister, Kathy (John) Hunt, Overland Park, KS; three grandchildren, Addy, Gabby and Manny and one brother-in-law, Frank (Sharon) Roche, Joplin, MO. Despite her husband's efforts to convert her to a Redskins fan, Pat always remained a true and loyal Dallas Cowboys fan. The family suggests contributions to Victor Roche for the Patricia K.
