Patricia Cooper

Patricia Worthington Cooper age 71 of Olathe passed away Tues. July 21, at the Pinnacle Ridge Nursing Home following a lengthly illness. (Cremation) Services are Fri. July 24th Graveside, Lane cemetery, Lane Kansas, at 10:30AM, no visitation planned. To leave a special message go to Penwell-Gabel Paola.com Patricia was born on Nov. 21, 1937 in Topeka KS., to Clarence and Pansy Koontz Worthington. She attended school in Parker, graduating from Fontana High School. She had lived in Osawatomie for many years, moving to Olathe where she resided for the past 30 years before her passing. Patricia worked in Data Entry for the Universal Underwriters of Lenexa for 20 years before retiring in 2002. She enjoyed reading, writing, crocheting, needle point, embroidering, playing cards, and spending time with the grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, C.V. Worthington, and grandson Derek Cooper. Survivors are children, Lynn Oliver of Independence, KS, Cheryl O'Malley and husband Tom of Olathe, James Cooper and fiance' Kathi of Overland Park, Pam Brunner and husband Roger of Olathe, and a sister, Dixie Worthington of Santa Monica, CA., seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
