Naomi Mclean

Naomi Teresa McLean age 99 of Paola passed away April 30 at Country Club Estates,memorials may be made to the Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Naomi was born in Lenexa Kansas on Oct. 17, 1910 to John and Rose Maurer Caenen. She grew up in the Lenexa area and on Nov. 27, 1940 she was united in marriage to Fay I. McLean in Lenexa Kansas. They lived in Paola where she helped her husband on the family farm and raised two sons. Naomi enjoyed gardening and cooking and spending time with her family, and was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and Altar Society. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 sisters Cecila and Genevieve and 3 brothers Edward, Ralph, and Harold. Surviving are sons, John and wife Jackie McLean and Robert McLean all of Paola, 3 grandchildren and 5 great grand children.
