Mildred Mitchell

Mildred was born on April 30, 1922 in Ault, Colorado to Samuel and Bertha Wilkinson Frazier. She attended school in Dade County Missouri. On Oct. 22, 1938 she was united in marriage to Johnie Mitchell in Ozark, Missouri. Together they had 10 children. Mildred worked all of her life and her last employment was with the White Haven Motel in Overland Park for 23 years before retiring. She enjoyed cooking, collecting dolls, ducks, needle point, embroidery, gardening, family gatherings, also enjoyed watching TV evangelist Joel Osteen. She is preceded in death by her parents, one son Leon, brother Howard, and one granddaughter Janet. Survivors are her children, dau., Carol and husband David Patrick of Parker, son Howard and wife Sandy Mitchell of Overland Park K., dau., Margaret and husband David Cottrell of Louisburg KS, son Donnie Mitchell of KC MO., dau., Vinita Willars of Estacada Oregon, son Calvin and wife Sherry Mitchell of Osawatomie, KS., son Johnie Mitchell of Paola, son Lonnie Mitchell of Paola, son Marvin Mitchell of KC MO. 16 grandchildren and many great and great great grandchildren.
