Mary Stuteville

Mary Magana Stuteville age 91, Stilwell, KS. On April 27, 2017 heaven was blessed with another angel when Mary (Magana) Stuteville passed with her family by her side. She was born in Garnett, Kansas on April 22, 1926 to Timeteo and Arcadia Magana. On April 25, 1949, she married Arthur Stuteville of Stilwell, Ks and they were blessed with four children. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, and survived by her sisters, Lupe Magdaleno, Esther Brown and Virginia Chavez, her children,Theresa Stuteville, Louisburg, KS; Gloria (Charlie) Overfield, Niceville, FL; Larry (Pattie) Stuteville, Edgerton, KS; Cindi (Mike) Keegan, Stilwell, KS, Nine grandchildren, Brenna (Greg) Hockenberger, Brandon Theiss, Jessica (Grant) Crawford, Vincent Overfield, Nicole Kirk, Jacob (Amanda) Kirk, Travis (Margaret) Stuteville, Heather Stuteville, Mary Keegan, seven great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. She was a hard worker who worried about everyone but herself and she loved her family beyond words. Her strong will and unwillingness to quit enabled her to battle numerous health issues. Her last years of her life were spent living life to the fullest with her family. A rosary will be prayed at 4:45 p.m. and visitation will follow from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 1, 2017 at the Stilwell United Methodist Church 19335 Metcalf Ave. Stilwell, KS. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 2, at the church, burial to follow in Aubry Cemetery.
