Mary Kay Herman

Mary Kay Herman age 67 passed away after a long battle with cancer at home surrounded by her family. Mary Kay and her husband Joe were united in Marriage 47 years ago at Holy Name Church in Kansas City. They were the parents of five daughters, Cynthia Davis, Kathy Barnard, Diana Nuzum, Elizabeth Wilson, and Jennifer Herman. They have nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Mary Kay loved to ride her Arabian mare Dancer. She had a passion for cooking and baking, as well as reading. She doted on her grandchildren and spoiled them rotten. Mary and Joe enjoyed taking long walks in their woods. Mary loved to go for long car rides to anywhere, as long as it was on the back roads. She always said "it was where everything is, that"s worth looking at." Mary Kay was a devoted Wife, a phenomenal Mom, and an awesome Grandmother. Mary will be greatly missed by the people she leaves behind. We know she will be waiting to show us around when we get to Heaven. May all the Saints and all of Gods family rejoice at her arrival. Mary Kay is proceeded in death by her parents and by her daughter Jennifer.
