Marvin H. Minden

Marvin H. Minden, 88, of Louisburg, KS, passed away on September 15, 2015 at Louisburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. He was born on May 2, 1927 at Fontana, KS, the son of Fred and Marie (Block) Minden. He was united in marriage to Joan H. Minden on May 11, 1957 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Bucyrus, KS. He served in the United States Army during World War II. He traveled and worked for Carrothers Construction for over 38 years as a Crain Operator, traveling in many states with Joan by his side. He enjoyed reading and had a cigar or two throughout his lifetime. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother. He leaves his wife, Joan, of 58 years, of the home and many other family members. The family suggests contributions be made to the Holy Rosary Cemetery.
