Mark John Budney

Mark John Budney, age 62, of Louisburg, KS passed away November 16, 2015 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. He was born September 7, 1953 at West Allis, WI, the son of Raymond and Marie (Toporski) Budney. He was united in marriage to Mary Jane Bednarek on June 27, 1980 at Fox Lake, WI. Mark was a meat specialist working at Scherzer & Associates. He was a member of the Lake Garnett Sporting Club and the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Louisburg, KS. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. Mark was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Mary Jane Budney, of the home; three children, Matthew Budney, Overland Park, KS; Monica (Joey) Smith, Muskogee, OK; and Micah Budney, Overland Park, KS; grandchildren, Ryan, Hayden, Temperance and Oliver Smith; two sisters, Patricia (Tom) Jankowski and Kathrin Budney; one brother, Michael (Julie) Budney, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
