Margarette Hazel Oestreicher, age 87, of Princeton, Kan., died Thursday, December 12, 2002, at Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, Kan. . She has lived in Princeton since the mid 1960`s, moving from Olathe. Margarette was a high school graduate. She was a lifelong homemaker. In the 1950`s, she worked as a seamstress at H.D. Lee in Ottawa, also helping with her husband`s dairy farm in the 1950`s and 1960`s. In 1950, Margarette was united in marriage with James Grover `Ace` Oestreicher at Oklahoma. He survives of their home. She is survived by: Husband-James Grover `Ace` Oestreicher of Princeton, Kansas, Son-William White of Gardner, Kansas, Stepson-James Oestreicher of Princeton, Kansas, Stepdaughter-Sandra Austin of Belton, MIssouri, Sister-Wilda Manness of Illinois, Ten Grandchildren, Sixteen Great Grandchildren. She is preceeded in death by her Father-Henry Haberkorn , Mother-Annie (Clinkenbeard) Haberkorn , Brother-Ed Haberkorn , Brother-Floyd Haberkorn , Sister-Dorothy Long , Sister-Freda Shepherd, Sister-Catherine L. Oestreicher. SERVICES: Mrs. Oestreicher has been cremated. Family will meet with friends at Dengel & Son Mortuary 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.Saturday, December 14, 2002. No services are planned.
