Margaret M. Franklin

Margaret Franklin, age 86, of Pleasanton, KS, passed away Thursday, April 7th at Prescott Country View Nursing Home. She was surrounded by family as she made her journey from earth to Heaven. Margaret M. Franklin was born Margaret M. Davis on June 1, 1924. The daughter if Roy M. Davis and Edna Irene (Schooling) Davis. She married Lee Franklin on July 21, 1946 in Olathe, KS. Margaret was active in the Assembly of God Church in Louisburg, KS until her and Lee sold their farm in rural Louisburg and moved to Pleasanton, KS. She was a homemaker all of her life. She is preceded in death by her Mother and Father, two brothers, William (Billy) Davis and Edward (Buddy) Davis and one sister Dorothy Bowman. Margaret is survived by her husband Lee Franklin, Pleasanton, KS, three sons, Gary Franklin of Louisburg, KS, Ricky Franklin of Pleasanton, KS, Larry Franklin of Louisburg, KS and one daughter, Patti Endecott of Pleasanton. She has two surviving siblings, Margarie Nolker of Pittsburg, Mo and Roy Davis of Columbia, SC. Margaret has six grandchildren, and seven great grand children.
