Mae Lorene Smith

Mae lived in Kansas City, Missouri, twenty-six years, moving to Williamsburg, Kansas in 1988. She graduated from Wyandotte High School with the class of 1943 and attended one year of college. Mae worked in accounting twenty-six years for TWA in Kansas City, Missouri, retiring in 1982. On September 21, 1947, Mae was united in marriage with Charles Leonard Smith in Olathe, Kansas. He preceded her in death August 22, 1991. SERVICES: Graveside services will be held from Mt. Hope Cemetery in Williamsburg at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 2, 2006. IN STATE: Friends may pay their respects to Mrs. Smith after 5:00 p.m. Thursday at Dengel & Son Mortuary to service hour, where the family will meet with friends 7 to 8:00 Friday evening.
