Lois M. Bushnell, 88, of Eudora, Kansas passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at Medicalodges Eudora. Graveside services will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, Pomona, Kansas, 10:00 A.M., Friday, April 25, 2014. Lois was born on Sunday, May 10, 1925 in Ransomville, Kansas, the daughter of Charles and Geneva (Russell) Mundy. She lived in Eudora for the last seven years, moving from Lawrence, where she lived from 1977 to 2007. She previously lived in Eudora from 1971 to 1977 and Ottawa in the 1950s and 1960s. In August 1951 Lois was united in marriage with Glen Bushnell in Bentonville, Arkansas. He preceded her in death in 1973. In 1993, she married Raymond Wallace in Lawrence. He also preceded her in death. Survivors include her children, David Bushnell and wife Lois of McLouth, Kansas and Beverly Cole-Gregory and husband Bob of Franklin, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Andrea ONeil and husband Patrick of San Diego, California and Ashley Duffield of Phoenix, Arizona; and great-granddaughter, Whitney Kubal of Phoenix. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen; infant son, Bradley Glen Bushnell; second husband, Raymond; parents; brother, Sheldon Munday; and sister, Faye Servaes. Lois worked for Zercher Photo as a clerk in the 1970s; JCPenney as a clerk in the late 1970s and 80s; and Forrest Brown Dentistry as a receptionist in the mid 80s, all in Lawrence. She was a former member of Eudora First United Methodist Church. The family suggests memorial contributions to Grace Hospice of Topeka c/o Dengel Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, Kansas 66067.
