Leonard Mills Iii

Leonard "Page" Mills III, 43, of Louisburg Kansas passed away Monday, October 19, 2015 at Saint Luke"s South Hospital. Page was the third child of Ralph and Carol Mills, born on August 9, 1972 in Kansas City, Missouri. He and his family moved to Louisburg when he was five where his father established the family business, Mills Crane Rental. After his father"s death in 2001, Page took over the family business which he continued to operate. Page continued the family tradition as a proud member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 101. Page had deep roots in the local community and was well-respected by his peers. He enjoyed family time, sports, lake trips, and helping friends whenever in need. Page was an organ donor and will continue to give life-sustaining assistance to many others. Page is survived by one son, Logan Andrew Mills, and two daughters, Taylor Nikkole Mills and Haley Alysse Mills of Louisburg. He is also survived by two sisters, Brenda Annette Mills of Overland Park and Carrie Michelle Mills of Lawrence, the light of his life granddaughter Isabell Ann Youngworth of Louisburg, and three nieces and one nephew of Lawrence. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or to the Page Mills Memorial Children"s Fund to benefit Page"s children.
