Lawrence Doe

Lawrence G. "Larry" Doe age 60 of Paola Kansas passed away July 27th at Tanglewood camp ground in Rural Linn County.(Cremation- Memorial Service pending). Larry was born June 26, 1948 in Toledo Ohio to Lawrence G. and Shirley Ann Maccabee Doe. He grew up in the Ohio area and graduated from Whitmer High of Toledo in 1966. Larry was a mechanic in Ohio and later moved to Kansas where he was currently employed at the Olathe School District #23 as a janitor for over 13 years. He enjoyed woodworking, working on cars, avid collector of Disney memorabilia, spending time at his lake site, and his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all. Survivors are his sister, Sally Bak of Temperence Mishigan, sister, Mary and husband Mark Balter of Paola, brother, Michael Doe of Toledo Ohio, sister, Julie and husband Jeff Dittman of Olathe, many nieces and nephews and a special friend his dog Burly.
