Kaycie Joann Johnson

Kaycie was born July 8th, 2000 in Ottawa Kansas to Lucus Johnson and Corinne Hiles. She was a Senior at Bluevalley Northwest High School. She loved her family and friends and was passionate about animals. Kaycie unexpectedly passed away on November 24th 2017. She is survived by her parents, Lucus and Brooke Johnson of Overland Park; and Corinne Hiles of Ottawa, Ks. Kaycie was a proud big sister to Rebecca Conner, Jaden Johnson, Riley Johnson and Remmy Hiles. She is survived by her grandparents Mike and Ruth Walsh, Ronald Hiles and Karen Paul, Becky Hiles, and Karen Crossley. Kaycie had a large extended family with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her greatly. A visitation will be held Thursday, November 30th at Dengel and Son Mortuary, at 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, KS from 5pm-7pm. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Knox Presbyterian Church at 9595 W. 95th, Overland Park, KS, visitation at 9am. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to any animal shelter of your choice, in Kaycie's honor.
