In 1970 they transferred to Louisburg, Kansas where they spent the rest of their life together. Kenny retired from Panhandle in 1985 and they began enjoying their retirement by purchasing a motor home and wintering in Texas. Judy loved to play cards and taught her grandkids how to play all kinds of card games. She loved spending time with her family and friends, including being a part of a bunko group, a bridge group, and playing dominos at the Louisburg United Methodist Church where they were long-time members.
