Judith Kalkreuth

Judith Ann Kalkreuth, age 64 of Osawatomie, was called by our Lord on Sept. 28, 2010 at the Life Care Center in Osawatomie, Kansas after a courageous battle with Alzheimer"s. Judy was born on May 16, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland to Clyde and Minnie Johnston Kalkreuth. She lived in Baltimore, Chicago, Wichita, Overland Park and Paola, Kansas where she resided at Lakemary Center before going into the Life Care Center in Osawatomie. Her sister, Jean, cared for her after the death of their mother in 1972. Judy loved music and working in the workshop, getting her paycheck, and eating"especially Big Macs! She had a boyfriend when she was young in Maryland named Douglas; her Mom always said that when Judy learned how to tie her shoes, she could marry Douglas, but that never happened. She is preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Joan Rose Grosscup of Baltimore. Survivors include her sister Norma Jean Burright of Sahuarita, Arizona; many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She will be missed as she was an important member of her family.
