Josilyn Grace Hoffner

Josilyn Grace Hoffner, 20, of Lenexa, Kansas, formerly of Ottawa, Kansas, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2024.

Memorial service will be held 5:30pm, Friday, June 7, 2024, at Dengel & Son Mortuary, Ottawa, Kansas.

Josilyn was born Tuesday, March 2, 2004, in Van Nuys, California, the daughter of Ralph Hoffner and Tami Bischoff.

She lived in Ottawa, Kansas since 2017, moving there from Colorado.

Josilyn graduated from Ottawa High School with the class of 2022.

She was employed as a maintenance technician with Arrow Manufacturing and Handling in Lenexa, Kansas.

Josilyn enjoyed jeeping, motorcycles, fishing, tinkering on things and designing her Mini-Mart miniature stores. She loved her new job, her dog “Sparky” and cat “Oreo”, but she especially loved spending time with her friends and family.

Survivors include her mother Tami Bischoff of Belton, Missouri; father Ralph Hoffner of Lenexa, Kansas; maternal grandparents Truyn and Linda Bischoff of Williamsburg, Kansas; sister Angelina Hoffner (fiancé Jeremy Morsett) of Pittsburg, Kansas; uncles Darren Bischoff of Belton, Missouri and Guy Hoffner (Susie) of North Hollywood, California; aunts Lori Keffer (George) of Lawrence, Kansas, and Carol Kidman (Greg) of Sana Clarita, California.
