Josephine Blanco Garrison, 71, of Las Vegas, Nevada, formerly of Ottawa, Kansas, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2015. She was born July 27, 1944, the daughter of Manuel and Rose (Arreguin) Blanco. Cremation is planned. Graveside service and inurnment will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 10, 2015, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Ottawa. Arrangements by Dengel & Son Mortuary.
