Jay Eaker

Jay Allen Eaker Jay Allen Eaker passed away February 5th at 9:15 pm Tuesday at Olathe Medical Center in Olathe Ks. Jay was born in Wheaton Illinois August 12th 1956. He moved to Paola in 1970 where he attended Paola High School. He joined the Marines in 1973 serving 4 years as Lance Corporal. (LCPL) He the3n became a Union Laborer from 1978-82. After that he worked as a driver for 10 years at United Vanlines. His final 14 years he was a driver for Rams concrete. he was known for his family and his ability to catch fish. he is survived by his twin brother Jim, of Paola Ks, sister Bonnie of New Lenex Ill., his 3 daughters Crissy of Shawnee Ks, Jacque of Wakefield Ks, and Shelly of Wichita Ks, his nephew Jimmy of Paola Ks, Bret of Waco,Ks Billy of New Orleans La., Titus of Fulton Mo., his nieces Wendy of Garnett Ks, Candice of Eudora Ks, Debbie of Cushon Ok, Deanna of Grafton Ill., Serena of Columbia Mo. His 8 grandchildren Courtney(9),Sydney(8),Trinity(3), Sierra(2) all of Shawnee Ks and Kaleb(7), Hailey(6), Kadien(3) all of Wichita Ks and Myles(2) of Wakefield Ks. He will be deeply missed by all.
