Janette Zoucha

Janette D. Zoucha, age 44, of Paola, Kansas passed away at the University of Kansas Medical Center on Oct. 31, 2011. Janette was born on February 18, 1967 in Iola, Kansas to Jackie Dean and Martha Cunningham Burton. She grew up in Paola and graduated in 1985 from Paola High School and attended Johnson County Community College for 2 years. On June 11, 1989 she was united in marriage to Joseph Zoucha at Holy Trinity Church in Paola, Kansas. She worked for the Johnson County Orthopedics Office as a receptionist for over 10 years. Janette enjoyed flower gardening, mowing the yard, reading books, shopping, and traveling and spending time with her family. She loved working with people and enjoyed participation with relay for life. Janette was also active in the Catholic School when her kids were young and supported them in all of their sporting activities. Survivors are her husband Joseph of the home; sons John Michael and Joseph Anthony Zoucha both of the home; sister Jackie Diane Feuerborn of Paola; brother Mark Dewayne Burton and his wife Kelly of Parker; and parents, Jackie and Martha Burton of Paola. She will be dearly missed by family and friends. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Cancer Association. Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 609 E.
