James Rutlader, age 95 of Louisburg, KS passed away August, 6, 2016 at Menorah Medical Center, Overland Park, KS. Jim was born June 8, 1921 in Cleburn, TX, the son of Harry and Sarah Wishner Rutlader. He is survived by his daughters, Barbara Leynor, Plano, TX; and Joan Katilus, Hot Springs Village, AR; two grandchildren, Perry Micah Leynor, Keri Risa Leynor.
