James Michael Guge

James Michael `Mike` Guge, age 60, of Olathe, Kan., died Monday, May 24, 2004, at Olathe Medical Center in Olathe. A near lifelong Johnson County, Kansas resident, Mike lived in Olathe and Gardner. He had previously lived in Ottawa. Mike attended Ottawa schools. He was employed as a warehouseman for H. D. Lee Manufacturing in Ottawa for ten years. He was also custodian for the Olathe school district. He was the son of the late James Guge and the late Helen (Wilson) Guge. He is also survived by his Two Daughters, Daughter-Lisa Guge of Olathe, Kan. Daughter-Cyndi Michaels of Grand Prairie, Texas One Son, Son-John Guge of Olathe, Kan. Two Sisters, Sister-Carol Stephenson of Ottawa, Kan. Sister-Susan Michaels of Tecumseh, Kan. Two Grand Children One Great Grand Son Several Neices and Nephews SERVICES: Graveside services will be held at Antioch Cemetery 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 28, 2004. OFFICIATING CLERGY: Pastor Scott Dickinson. IN STATE: Mr. Guge will lie in state at the Dengel & Son Mortuary after 1:00 p.m. Thursday to the service hour, where the family will meet with friends 7 to 8:00 Thursday evening.
