James M. "Paco" Navarro

James M. “Paco” Navarro, 49, of Ottawa, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2017. Cremation is planned. Paco was born Tuesday, September 12, 1967 in Ogallala, Nebraska, the son of Rocque and Rosalie (Moreno) Navarro. He was a longtime eastern Kansas resident living in Ottawa the last four years. Paco was united in marriage to Megan Ewbank July 7, 2017 in Miami, Oklahoma. She survives of the home. Other survivors include his three children, Fiona Navarro of the home, Tierra Navarro and Miguel Navarro both of Raytown, Missouri; two step-children, Sophia Leach of the home and Gunner Masuch of the home; seven siblings, Oscar Guerrero and wife Jennifer of Ottawa, Christina Navarro of Greeley, Colorado, Tina Morales of Phoenix, Arizona, Amador Navarro of San Francisco, California, Alfonso Baez of Phoenix, Arizona, and Jennifer Navarro of Fort Collins, Colorado; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Rocque Navarro; mother, Rosalie Sierra; and two brothers, Rocky Navarro and Jason Navarro. He attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
