James Albert LeValley, 59 ,of Topeka, Kansas died on Monday, August 1, 2005 at Topeka Community Health Care Center in Topeka, Kansas. He was the son of James LeValley and Mary (Toumberlin) LeValley . He was born on Thursday, December 6, 1945, in Ottawa, Kansas. During his life, he resided in Ottawa and Topeka. James attended Ottawa High School. Survivors include: Father-James Matthew LeValley of Ottawa, Kan. Stepmother-Edith LeValley of Ottawa, Kan. Brother-Charles F. LeValley of Olathe, Kan. Sister-Bonnie Y. Warren of Topeka, Kan. Sister-Mary Jean Kitt of California Brother-Victor LeValley of Gardner, Kan. He was preceded in Death by: Mother-Mary Jane (Toumberlin) LeValley SERVICES: Funeral services will be held from the Dengel & Son Mortuary 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 3, 2005. Mr. LeValley will be cremated following the services. IN STATE: Friends may pay their respects to Mr. LeValley after 5:00 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary, where family will meet with friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, prior to the service.
