Jackquline Louise Garrison

Jackquline Louise Garrison, 73, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2021. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 4:30 P.M., Saturday, October 23, 2021, at the Community Foursquare Church in Ottawa. Jackquline was born September 12, 1948, in Paola, Kansas, the daughter of Jim and Marjorie (Hughes) Coombes. She spent most of her youth in Ottawa, Kansas, moving to Olpe, Kansas where she lived 10 years. In 2016, Jackquline moved to Wichita, where she made her home until her death. She attended Pomona High School, later earning her GED. She continued her education as a pipefitter at a technical training school. Jackquline was employed as a pipefitter at Wolf Creek Nuclear Power Plant in Burlington from the 1980’s to 1990’s. For several years, she was employed as a home health aide. She loved being with her kids and grandkids, scrapbooking and family photos. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Leonard Bickerstaff; sister Debra Campbell; and nephew Casey Lloyd. Survivors include four children, Josh Garrison (Alicia) of Wichita, Jennifer Benton (Chuck) of Olpe, Kansas, Bradley Godinez (Amanda) of Castle Rock, Colorado, and Marc Godinez (Heather) of Omaha, Nebraska; four siblings, Vicki Lloyd (Guss) of Claremore, Oklahoma, Jay Coombes (Sonja) of Lenexa, Kansas, John Bickerstaff of North Dakota, and Lonnie Schultz of Pomona, Kansas; seventeen grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
