Irene Spinks

Irene C. Spinks Irene C. Spinks, 95, of Louisburg, Ks passed away Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2008 Irene was born Feb. 23, 1913 in Decatur, Arkansas to Bufford and Nettie Sawkill Patterson, one of six girls. She graduated from Decatur High School and was later united in marriage to Walter O. Spinks on May 25, 1946 in Girard, Ks. Irene was preceded in death by her parents, by her sisters; Berty, Alva, Chloe, Opal, and Edith and by a great grandson Anthony Moretine. She is survived by her son James Scott and wife Beverly of Louisburg, and by her daughter Fay Becker also of Louisburg, Ks.
