Harold "Hal" Sutcliffe, Jr.

Harold "Hal" Sutcliffe, Jr., age 59, of rural Paola, Kansas passed away April 15, 2020. Hal was born March 4, 1961 at Spring Hill, Kansas. He was the son of Harold Sutcliffe, Sr., and Vivian (Reynolds) Sutcliffe. He graduated from Spring Hill High School with the Class of 1979. Hal served his country with the United States Army. He entered the Army in 1980 and was honorably discharged in 1982. He then went into the Army Reserves. He was employed by Regents Walk and was a maintenance worker. He had previously worked at the Spring Hill Glass plant. Hal liked gardening, collecting coins, and was a huge fan of all Kansas City sports teams. He was preceded in death by his father Harold Sutcliffe, Sr. and mother Vivian Carlton. He is survived by his son Lee of Leavenworth; his siblings Vern Batley, Michael Batley, Bill Sutcliffe, Kathy Gander, and Mark Sutcliffe; many other relatives and friends.
