Harold Floyd Robertson

June 25, 1933 — March 27, 2007

He was a lifelong resident of Franklin County, living in Ottawa since the early 1970`s, moving from Princeton. Robby graduated from Richmond High School with the class of 1951. He then attended Emporia State Teacher`s College. He was a lifelong musician, traveling throughout the country performing country music. He served two years in the United States Army during the Korean War attaining Private 1st Class. He was a member of the Methodist faith. Robby was married to Nona Bloomer. They later divorced. On July 18, 1975, Robby was united in marriage with Betty Toumberlin in Richmond, Kansas. She survives of their home. SERVICES: Funeral services will be held from the Dengel & Son Mortuary in Ottawa at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 31, 2007. IN STATE: Friends may pay their respects to Mr. Robertson at the Dengel & Son Mortuary after 10:00 a.m. Friday to the service hour, where the family will meet with friends 7 to 8:00 Friday evening. CEMETERY: Richmond Cemetery in Richmond, Kansas, with military honors by Veterans of Foreign Wars Memorial Post #5901, Ottawa. MEMORIALS: The family suggests memorials to Hospice of Kansas, c/o Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, Kansas 66067.
