Glenda "Kay" Adams

Glenda “Kay” Thomas Adams, age 73 of Paola, KS passed away Friday, June 30, 2017. Kay was born November 7, 1943 in Chicago, IL to Newell Averey and Laura Ellen Thomas. She graduated from Stanley High School in 1961. She was retired from the City of Olathe. She loved fishing, gardening and spending time with her family. Kay was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Kathleen DeMiyt. She is survived by her husband, Carl Adams, and daughters, Terri Hollingshead, Penny Minniear (Roger), and Kitty Blair (Justin), her brother, Billy Thomas and grandchildren, J.J. Hollingshead and Adam Blair. A memorial graveside service will be held on Friday July 7, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Aubry Cemetery Stilwell, KS.
