Gary E. Baugher, Sr.

Gary E. Baugher, Sr., 73, of Ottawa, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2017. Cremation is planned. A memorial visitation will be held at 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Monday, May 8, 2017, at Smoked Creations, Ottawa. Gary was born October 29, 1943, in Garnett, Kansas, the son of Harold Eugene and Adella Almeda (Welborn) Baugher. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Martha Joan Caylor; three brothers, Glenn “Shorty” Baugher, Dean Baugher and James Baugher. Survivors include his wife, Sheryl of the home; three children, Gary Baugher, Jr. and wife Lisa of Woodland Park, Colorado, Ronna Evans of Ottawa, and Gina Niesluchowski and spouse Roberto Alvarez also of Ottawa; sister, Ruby Lighthill of Snohomish, Washington; mother-in-law, Jo Barkley of Pomona; seven grandchildren, Debbie Parkhill and family, Jessica Noble and family, Angela Bobst and family, Bradley Lee, Elijah Baugher, Isaac Baugher and Jacob Baugher; three great grandchildren, Landyn Parkhill, Wyatt Parkhill and Dalton Noble.
