Gail E. Mock

Gail E. Mock, 90, of Paola, passed away on December 26, 2023 at Olathe Medical Center.

She was born on January 1, 1933 to Loren and Frances (Dyer) Miller in Williamsburg, KS.

Gail worked as an X-Ray Librarian for University of Kansas Medical Center.

On November 22, 1951, she married Clyde Mock in Ottawa, Kansas. Gail and Clyde lived in Paola, Kansas.

Gail enjoyed many hobbies such as quilting, gardening, and bird watching. She loved to watch her grandchildren play sports. God was most important to her. She had a love of the Kansas City Royals. Gail would watch or listen to every game.

She was a member of the Plum Creek Church of Christ.

Gail is survived by her loving grandsons; Jason (Danielle) Mock, Jeremy (Jennifer) Mock and Justin (Crystal) Mock; daughter-in-law, Janice Mock; sister, Karen Thomas; as well as 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clyde Mock; daughter, Susan Mock; son, Steven Mock; brothers, Larry Miller and Glen Miller.
