Frances K. Peine

Frances K. Peine passed away on March 19, 2015 in Paola, Kansas at the wonderful age of 95. She spent 20 years as a hair dresser. She enjoyed fishing and playing cards with family and friends. For several years she volunteered at the hospital in Pharr, Texas, so she could help others. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ona Karr, her first husband, Emery Windler, her second husband, Louis Peine, and four sisters. She is survived by her two sons, Gary and Charles Windler, three grandchildren, Julie, Joy, and Jennifer, and four great grandchildren, AJ, Erin, Ashley, and Lauren.
